I'm not sure I understand your question. Yes, Hoop.la is web accessible. In fact, it is an online community platform, which is inherently on the web.

I'm guessing you are intending to ask something else?  Are you asking if it is mobile-accessible? If so, the answer to that is also yes.

Thanks for your response. My questions is esentially wondering if it follows WCAG or section 508 or will it pass accessibility checks? I did a few checks on the site I was referring to and found quite a few issues with accessibility.
